Is Google AdSense Right For You?

By now you have heard of the earning potential of serving Google AdSense ads on your site to generate income online. For those who may not be entirely sure about the offerings of Google AdSense, you can serve pay per click ads on your site and generate a portion of revenue the advertiser is paying Google. This is a very simple and easy process in which you can serve ads on your website within a matter of minutes to generate some online income. There are no minimum requirements for a site to generate money with Google AdSense but I will tell you that the larger your site , the better. The more pages your site has, the more opportunity you have to earn money with Google.Having content on your site is the back bone of not only Google but also Google AdSense. The content gives direction to AdSense in which your content dictates the types of ads that will be displayed. If your site has limited content, Google will have difficulty serving relevant ads on your site. Providing non relevant ads to your online visitors does will not produce the clicks that earn you money. Also, Google may find that none of their ads are relevant to your sites content and not serve any ads at all. So don’t take a gamble; make sure you have content, relevant content.I’m going to toss in a few words of caution when trying to maximize your revenue through Google AdSense. First, if you have an ecommerce website and your trying to promote a particular product or service; placing AdSense ads on your site may not be ideal as you will be serving your competitions ads on your site. This may drive traffic away from your site to a competitor. In this particular scenario it may best to skip using Google AdSense in general or at least limit the pages you serve Google Ads on. Limiting the pages with ads from Google will allow you to retain you potential clients and customers.

Keep in mind that Google AdSense does not drive traffic to your site. If you do not have a steady stream of traffic, you will not have a steady stream of Google income.
